This public-page policy covers commercial enquiries submitted to Kaevor Labs. Customer workspace data is governed separately by the applicable service agreement.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email, company name, team-size range, package interest, and the business requirements you choose to provide.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand the requested scope, respond to you, prepare an onboarding or commercial proposal, protect the service from misuse, and maintain an auditable sales process.

Sharing and retention

Enquiry information is restricted to authorized Kaevor Labs platform administrators. We do not sell it. Service providers may process limited information where necessary to operate hosting, authentication, or databases under their own contractual safeguards. Enquiries are retained only while commercially relevant, legally required, or needed to resolve a dispute.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to legal and security requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Security

Public enquiry records have no anonymous read access. Administrative access is role-restricted and relevant changes are recorded in the Kaevor Labs audit trail.
